The database "Stock exchange information" contains:
 
  • financial reports and other price-sensitive information from companies listed on the exchange
  • major shareholding notifications
 
Listed companies and shareholders are responsible for the content.
 
Storage of information in FI's database began on 1 July 2007 when the rules on information requirements in listed companies entered into force. Information will be stored for at least five years.
