Finansinspektionen and Riksbanken have jointly assessed Bankgirocentralen's, BGC, operations during 2008.
The assessment is that BGC's payment system complies with the Bank for International Settlements' "Core Principles for Systemically Important Payment Systems" (CPSIPS). CPSIPS is an international standard that consists of 10 principles with which systemically important payment systems should comply.
