Guide for listed companies

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen, would like to inform you that we have put together a guide for listed companies, which we hope will help you in your work. Some of the areas covered by the guide include logbooks, the insider register, major shareholding notifications and accounting supervision.

The guide is primarily intended for people working in listed companies and their advisors and should be viewed as a support document for the current regulations. It should also clarify Finansinspektionen's working method and its considerations when handling matters that are related to listed companies.

In January 2012, Finansinspektionen will send out an invitation to a seminar in order to go through the guide.
