By relevant companies
Relevant companies shall report to Finansinspektionen:
- Persons with an insider position in the company, not later than 14 days from when the insider position arose or was changed. In certain cases, the company at the same time shall inform the person with an insider position that the company has reported to FI that this person has such a position. This applies to persons with an insider position in subsidiaries and in those cases in which the person with an insider position is another senior executive in the listed company or in its parent company.

By persons with an insider position
Persons with an insider position shall report to FI:
- Holdings of shares and other share-related financial instruments in the company, such as share options, share futures, interim certificates, convertibles, option certificates, subscription rights, participating debentures and debt instruments with warrants associated with debt instruments (subscription warrants). The notification shall occur not later than five working days after the insider position arose. The person with insider information who belongs to the group "other senior executives" or who is a senior executive in a subsidiary shall report his or her holdings to FI not later than five working days from when the person has been notified by the company that the insider position has been reported to FI.
- Changes in holdings as above, not later than five working days after acquisition or sale of shares or other financial instruments in the company or after the holdings have changed in any other way. If the transaction was made on a regulated market, this means five working days from the day of the trade. Otherwise, the agreement date applies. For new share issues, for example, the notification time period is from the date when the person with insider information was notified that the transaction had been completed. The person with insider information is considered to have been notified of the transaction when the financial instruments have been booked in the securities account or deposit.
- Related persons' holdings, not later than five working days after the person with insider information has received knowledge of the related person's holdings.
- Change in related persons' holdings, not later than five working days after the person with insider information has received knowledge of the change.
Larger shareholders shall personally report their insider positions to FI.
