Notifications can be reported on this website using a Swedish e-identification (requires a Swedish civic registration number). If you do not have a Swedish e-identification, you can fill in the form "Changes in shareholdings notification" below and send it by e-mail or fax to Finansinspektionen.
If you are filing a notification because you have reached or exceeded the 10 per cent threshold for the first time in a specific company, then you must fill out "Form 502 – Report of holdings in a listed company at the time the insider position arose" and the form entitled "Changes in shareholdings notification".
If you are filing due to a change in your holdings, then you must fill out "Form 503 – Report of changes in holdings in a listed company", but only if you hold an insider position and have previously filled out Form 502.
