Finansinspektionen identifies and analyses at an early stage the risks in large financial companies and in the financial market. A prerequisite for our work is that the information that companies are required to report to us is filed on time. Companies that report either after the deadline or not at all are in violation of our regulations and therefore risk penalty fees or, ultimately, having their licences revoked.
