FFFS 2007:22

Regulations regarding ownership and management assessment

In force from: 1 November 2007

Summary
These regulations specify what information the owners of a company under supervision should report to FI when making qualifying acquisitions or applying for new licences. They also indicate what information a company shall submit to FI for assessment of persons in its management. What is new is that those who have been the subject of an ownership or management assessment within the past year only need to indicate whether any change has occurred.

These new regulations shall enter into force on 1 November 2007 and will replace the former General Guidelines FFFS 1998:14 and Regulations FFFS 2005:28

Regulations governing investment services and activities (FFFS 2007:16) and Regulations governing operations on trading venues (FFFS 2007:17) apply for investment firms and exchanges instead of FFFS 2007:22.
