Documents of principles in relation to the IORP Directive

Finansinspektionen has published documents of principles dealing with various issues in connection with the parliamentary bill 2004/05:165, New Regulations Governing Occupational Pension Institutions. The texts have subsequently been substantially elaborated and worked into other documents and proposed regulations. Therefore, we have deleted a couple of the documents of principles from the website.

As of 20 December 2005, the following documents of principles are valid:
