Financial operations are regulated by laws and ordinances. Finansinspektionen in its regulatory code (FFFS) publishes complementary rules in the form of regulations that are binding and general guidelines. We work in compliance with:

Supervisory disclosure

Finansinspektionen provides an overview of the regulatory rules adopted in Sweden with regard to the implementation of Basel 2. The purpose is to allow meaningful comparison with supervisory rules and practices across Europe.
