If you would like to have an impartial review of a financial claim against a firm, you should contact:
 
  • The National Board for Consumer Complaints
  • The Swedish Consumer Agency is responsible for the protection of consumer interests, and can take action to stop unreasonable terms of contract and misleading advertising.
