Finansinspektionen has received information that Bryce and Sons Ltd. has approached investors in Sweden and abroad by telephone. Bryce and Sons Ltd. offers the investors to sell shares in American OTC companies in a “Capital Recovery Program”.

The investor is offered a very high price for the shares. But, the investor has to pay a Restriction Registration Fee in advance. It is a matter of Advance Fee Fraud scheme.
