Finansinspektionen has received information that Hartman-Benetti & Associates has approached investors in Sweden by telephone. Hartman-Benetti & Associates offers the investor to sell his holding of shares in an OTC company. But the investor has to pay a fee in advance, a “vendors bond”. It is a matter of advance fee fraud scheme.
