Finansinspektionen has received information that Atlantis Financial’s reprentatives contact investors in Sweden by telephone and offered the investors to buy shares in an American OTC company. Atlantis Financial has given following information to the investors: "Atlantis Financial are delighted to announce the recent acquisition of the institutional division of Edzell Ventures. As a result, your account has been transferred to Atlantis Financial global clients group." Finansinspektionen has 6 December 2006 published a warning against Edzell Ventures.
