today published this statement in order to warn investors against dealing with unauthorised firms. Castle Rock Corporate Finance is not authorised by Finansinspektionen and is therefore not entitled to provide financial services. Finansinspektionen has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EES countries.

Castle Rock Corporate Finance's representatives contact investors through unsolicited telephone calls and offer to buy their holdings of shares in an American OTC company, World Wide Child Care Corp. (WWCC) formerly International Child Care Corp. However, the investor must first pay a fee in advance, "Legend Conversion Charge per Share". This is an advance fee fraud scheme.
