Investor alert: Cover Capital Partners and Bureau of Financial Trading

Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) has today published this statement in order to warn investors against dealing with unauthorised firms.

Cover Capital Partners has not received authorisation from Finansinspektionen and therefore is not entitled to provide financial services in Sweden. Finansinspektionen has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries.

Representatives from Cover Capital Partners contact investors through unsolicited telephone calls and offer to buy their holdings of shares in American OTC company, Interactive Solutions Corp. Investors must first pay a fee in advance ("security deposit") to secure the deal. This appears to be an advance fee fraud scheme.

They refer to a fictious authority, Bureau of Financial Trading, 1775 K Street Northwest, Washington, District of Columbia, United States 20036.
