Frost Capital Partners has not received authorisation from Finansinspektionen and therefore is not entitled to provide financial services in Sweden. Finansinspektionen has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries.

Representatives from Frost Capital Partners contact investors through unsolicited telephone calls and offer to buy their holdings of shares in American OTC companies, Universal Detection Technology, Inc and BioPulse International. They refer to a fictious authority, Financial Compensation Authority, 1015 G Street Northwest Washington DC 2004.
