Investor alert: Harden-Krause Private Equity Ltd

Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) has today published this statement in order to warn investors against dealing with unauthorised firms.

Harden-Krause Private Equity Ltd has not received authorisation from Finansinspektionen and therefore is not entitled to provide financial services in Sweden. Finansinspektionen has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries.

Representatives from Harden-Krause Private Equity Ltd contact investors through unsolicited telephone calls and offer options in gold. When investors become a customers and want to sell their share, they must first pay a fee in advance ("security deposit") to secure the deal. This appears to be an advance fee fraud scheme.
