Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) has today published this statement in order to warn investors against dealing with unauthorised firms.
Parley Acquisition Group has not received authorisation from Finansinspektionen and therefore is not entitled to provide financial services in Sweden. Finansinspektionen has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries.
Reportedly, representatives from Parley Acquisition Group contact Swedish investors and offer them compensation for investments in shares. Investors are asked to pay a fee to receive the compensation. This appears to be an advance fee fraud scheme.
