Investor alert: Swiss Golden Investment Bank

It has come to the attention of Finansinspektionen (FI), the Swedish Financial
Supervisory Authority, that Swiss Golden Investment Bank is claiming to
conduct banking and financing business in Sweden and is offering loans to
consumers. Swiss Golden Investment Bank is also using FI's contact
information in its communication with consumers.

FI has investigated the matter and has not been able to determine that Swiss
Golden Investment Bank is a going concern. Swiss Golden Investment Bank is
neither authorised by FI to conduct banking and financing business or other
financial services in Sweden nor under FI's supervision. FI has not received
any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries.

FI warns consumers and others about doing business with firms that are not
authorised to offer financial services. The list of companies authorised to offer
financial services in Sweden can be found at www.fi.se under Company
Register.
