Investor alert: Palle Securities

It has come to the attention of Finansinspektionen (FI), the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, that persons claiming to represent the company are offering financial services to Swedish investors.

FI has investigated the matter and has not been able to determine that Palle Securities is a real company. Palle Securities is neither authorised by FI to conduct securities business or other financial services in Sweden nor under FI's supervision. FI has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries.

FI warns investors and others about doing business with firms that are not authorised to offer financial services. The list of companies authorised to offer financial services can be found at www.fi.se under Company Register.
