Investor alert: Swisscoinco/Online windows llc company

It has come to the attention of Finansinspektionen (FI), the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, that persons claiming to represent Swisscoinco/Online windows llc company, among other things, are offering Swedish investors to trade with securities.

FI has investigated the matter and has not been able to determine that Swisscoinco/Online windows llc company is a real company. Swisscoinco/Online windows llc company is neither authorised by FI to conduct securities business or other financial services in Sweden nor under FI's supervision. FI has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries. Swisscoinco/Online windows llc company is also not authorised to provide financial services according to the supervisory authority of the country in which the company claims to be domiciled.
