It has come to the attention of Finansinspektionen (FI), the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, that persons claiming to represent Earn TM Capital Limited (ET4X Investment) are offering Swedish investors to trade with securities.
FI has investigated the matter and has not been able to determine that Earn TM Capital Limited (ET4X Investment) is a real company. Earn TM Capital Limited (ET4X Investment) is neither authorised by FI to conduct securities business or other financial services in Sweden nor under FI's supervision. FI has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries. Earn TM Capital Limited (ET4X Investment) is also not authorised to provide financial services according to the supervisory authority of the country in which the company claims to be domiciled.
