It has come to the attention of Finansinspektionen (FI), the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, that persons claiming to represent Fridhem Asset Management AB (clone) are offering Swedish investors to trade with securities.
When someone uses an established company's trademark on false grounds, it is referred to as a clone in international contexts, in other words, a cloned company.
FI has investigated the matter and has not been able to determine that Fridhem Asset Management AB (clone) is a real company. Fridhem Asset Management AB (clone) is neither authorised by FI to conduct securities business or other financial services in Sweden nor under FI's supervision. FI has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries. Fridhem Asset Management AB (clone) is also not authorised to provide financial services according to the supervisory authority of the country in which the company claims to be domiciled.
