Investor alert: Alvine Group AB/ Alvine Group Limited

It has come to the attention of Finansinspektionen (FI), the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, that persons claiming to represent Alvine Group AB/ Alvine Group Limited are offering Swedish investors to trade with securities.

FI has investigated the matter and has not been able to determine that Alvine Group AB/ Alvine Group Limited is a real company. Alvine Group AB/ Alvine Group Limited is neither authorised by FI to conduct securities business or other financial services in Sweden nor under FI’s supervision. FI has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries. Alvine Group AB/ Alvine Group Limited is also not authorised to provide financial services according to the supervisory authority of the country in which the company claims to be domiciled.
