Summary

These regulations govern the information that natural and legal persons must submit to Finansinspektionen when applying for registration of operations and registration of a new operational branch pursuant to the Certain Financial Operations Act (1996:1006).

Amendments

FI is changing the name of the regulations to Finansinspektionen’s regulations and general guidelines regarding certain financial operations. The references that are made in the regulations and its appendices to the Currency Exchange and Other Financial Operations Act (1996:1006) are being replaced with a reference to the Act’s new name, the Certain Financial Operations Act (1996:1006). The amendments are being made to adapt the regulations to amendments to the Currency Exchange and Other Financial Operations Act (1996:1006).
