It has come to the attention of Finansinspektionen (FI), the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, that persons claiming to represent DMA Direct are offering investors to trade with securities.
DMA Direct claims they have an office in Sweden but FI has not been able to determine that DMA Direct is a going concern. DMA Direct also claims they are supervised by FI but the company are neither authorised by FI to conduct securities business or other financial services, nor under FI's supervision. FI has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries.
FI warns investors and others about doing business with firms that are not authorised to offer financial services. The list of companies authorised to offer financial services can be found at www.fi.se under Company Register.
