Net short positions

We will publish here information about short net positions in companies that trade on regulated markets and multilateral trading platforms under Finansinspektionen's supervision.

The column "Total short %" shows the sum of all outstanding short positions that have been reported to Finansinspektionen. This means that the figure includes all short positions that exceed 0.1 per cent of the issued share capital. Please note that it is not required to report positions below 0.1 per cent, and such positions are therefore not included in the figure.

Significant short net positions are positions that have passed 0.5 per cent of the issued share capital. Information about the position holder is also published for these positions (click on the issuer's name).

Please note that only positions in issuers where Finansinspektionen is the relevant competent authority according to the European Securities and Market Authority's, ESMA database FIRDS are reported to Finansinspektionen.

The data in this register is published automatically upon receipt of a notification to FI. The data is not reviewed prior to publication. It is the notifying entity's responsibility to ensure that a notification is submitted on time and that the information in the notification is correct. As a result, Finansinspektionen cannot guarantee that the register is complete or that the data in it is correct. 

PLEASE NOTE! The Excel files "Current positions" and "Historical positions" only contain positions above 0.5 per cent. We are working on an Excel file that will contain aggregate positions and that will be updated on an ongoing basis.
