Before you can be assigned the role of Authorised Signatory in the Reporting Portal, the company must be registered in the portal via “Administer authorisations”. Once this registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email – assuming that you are registered as an authorised signatory at the Swedish Companies Registration Office and that your firm has a corporate identification number. FI’s system will add or remove authorised signatories as they are registered with or de-registered from the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
Users can see if they have been assigned the role of Authorised Signatory by looking under the tab My authorisations when logged in as a rapporteur.
Please note that the role of Authorised Signatory may be missing until this information has been updated via the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The portal is updated five times a day: 6 AM, 10 AM, 1 PM, 4 PM and 7 PM.
Authorised Signatories can assign themselves the authorisation to be a rapporteur or delegate this authorisation to a third person. An Authorised Signatory can also appoint a business administrator for the company who can assign authorisation to themselves and others. All rapporteurs must have completed the registration procedure before they can be linked to a legal person.
If you are a sole-proprietorship, log in to the Reporting Portal, select “Manage reporting authorisations” and then “Register sole trader”. You company will then automatically be linked to your personal identification number and you will be assigned the role of Authorised Signatory.
