Summary
The amendments entail primarily that undertakings in their business plan shall account for how they follow EU Regulation on digital operational resilience for the financial sector (the DORA Regulation) and how the undertaking fulfils some articles in EU Regulation on markets in financial instruments (MiFIR), which establishes pre-trade transparency requirements for trading venues in respect of derivatives and package orders.
