Summary
The regulations are being amended since Finansinspektionen's regulations and general guidelines (FFFS 2015:12) regarding annual reports in insurance undertakings has been repealed and replaced by a new basic regulation. The amendments entail primarily that the references to the existing accounting regulations have been changed to the new accounting regulations. Amendment 2019:26
The amendments enter into force on 1 January 2020.
