FI withdraws authorisation for Intergiro

Finansinspektionen withdraws the authorisation of Intergiro Intl AB (publ) (Intergiro) to issue electronic money.

Finansinspektionen also announces its decision that the business Intergiro
conducts pursuant to its authorisation to issue electronic money shall be wound down no later than 19 September 2025.

However, the company may continue to perform until 19 September 2025 such
activities necessary to wind down such business in an orderly fashion and in a
way that mitigates the effect on the company's customers.

While winding down such business, Intergiro may neither take on new
customer relationships nor provide payment services to existing customers.
Intergiro may only carry out such transactions necessary for an orderly winding
down of the business, such as repayment of customer funds. Intergiro may not
receive new deposits from existing customers.
