Major changes in periodic AML reporting
The annual AML reporting to FI is updated with new questions. These will replace the current set of questions. The report must be completed by all obliged entities that are subject to the Swedish Money Laundering Act and under FI's supervision. The changes will enter into force on 1 January 2027.
Report: Prioritised risks related to money laundering, terrorism financing and international sanctions
There is a significant risk that the financial system will be exploited by criminals to launder money and commit crimes. Amendments in the periodic reporting on AML/CFT
Every year, FI requests information from undertakings that are subject to the money laundering regulations. The information is used as a basis for FI's risk-based supervision. A number of new questions have been added to next year's periodic reporting on money laundering.
