Swedish UCITS
Fund operations are regulated by the Swedish UCITS Act (2004:46).
Additional rules are set out in Finansinspektionen's regulations (FFFS 2013:9) regarding Swedish UCITS. Laws and ordinances are available in their entirety (in Swedish) in the Svensk författningssamling (SFS), the Swedish Parliament's database. All of FI's regulations are available via this website in Swedish. Many, but not all, of the regulations are also available in English.
